I saw an an item that is out of stock, will you be getting more?

 

Our items are hand made, one of a kind items. If you see an "Out of Stock" the item has recently sold and we have not yet taken it down from the website. 

 

Do you offer sales or discounts to
loyal customers?

 

We do offer sale items that haven't moved as quick as
we'd like them to, on our "Sale" page. Outside of those items, the prices that are listed, we feel, are fair prices for handmade, one of a kind and upcycled, boutique items.

 

Where can I find sizing information?

 

In the details of each item on our website lists

the measurements of the item, as well as any special
notations about the item.

Do you sell gift certificates?

 

Currently, we do not sell gift certificates. But we are

looking into it and should be shortly.

Why don't you offer free shipping like other websites?

Rather than build shipping into the price of our items,

which would raise all pricing, we decided to charge

only actual shipping.

Why does express shipping still take extra days?

We need 2-3 days to process the order, once received. Once shipped the express shipping, if chosen, will kick in.

How much will shipping cost?

We have a handy shipping calculator on our

shopping cart page that will total your shipping costs for you. Just put all of the items you desire into your

shopping cart, and use the shipping calculator to

determine the amount. You do not need to enter any

credit card info or personal info into the shopping cart

to use the shipping calculator.

Do you ship international?

 

We only ship to the Continental U.S. at the current time.

My item doesn't fit, can I send it back?

We happily extend a 100% in-store-credit (minus shipping and handling). On unsatisfactory items. Please visit our Shipping Policies for more details.
